Creating an account

Can I order from AFM?

Yes, all customers are welcome to order from AFM, a VAT number is not necessary.


How can I become a customer of AFM?

You can fill in the registration form on the website. After registering on the website you will receive an email to activate your account. You can then log in the webshop and will be able to make your purchase immediately.



How do I place an order?

You need to create an account to place an order. If you already have an account you can log in by entering your username and password at the top of the page. You will be automatically redirected to the webshop.


In the webshop you can browse through our assortment by clicking on the headings Promo (products on sale), Flowers, Green and Deco (decorative items). You can also browse by selecting a type of flower on the left side of the webshop. It is possible to filter the results on price, colour and the length of the stem.


The prices in the webshop are always per stem or per item. For each product you can see how many stems there are in one bunch.


We offer you the possibility to try our webshop by using our demo account. This demo account gives you the opportunity to take a look at our webshop and will answer most of your questions. If you have any further questions about the webshop you can contact us by phone or email.


Is there a  minimum order requirement at AFM?

No, AFM does not require a minimum order price or quantity.


Do the prices include or exclude VAT?

The prices in the webshop exclude VAT because we are a wholesaler. VAT will be added in the final stage of the order process.



What kind of products do you offer?

We offer a wide assortment of cut flowers, foliage and decorative items. Every day there are between 700-900 different products available  in the webshop.


What kind of information do you offer about the products?

In the webshop you can see detailed information about each product. You can see the  length of the stem, the  quantity that is available, the amount of stems per bunch, the country of origin, the name of the nursery, the quality class and the stage of maturity. 



When and how do I pay for the order?

Payment must be made when you place your order. Payments can be made online by credit card (American Express, Mastercard or Visa) or by PayPal.



When will my flowers be delivered?

Flowers are delivered the next morning or afternoon by UPS. The exact time of the delivery depends on your location. In the webshop you can see the estimated delivery time  based on your address.


Do you deliver every day?

Orders are delivered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We offer delivery on Saturdays in some areas. Please contact the customer service if you would like to know if a Saturday delivery is possible in your area.


How much are the delivery costs?

Delivery is free of charge for any order higher than GBP 100,-
A surcharge of GBP 25,- is charged for orders lower than GBP 100,-
